On our return trip on Saturday, Jon inspects the split rail fence at one of the historic sites along the Roaring Fork Motor Trail. He observed that the "fallen" rails aren't really fallen, but are stabilization braces. The buildings on this particular site were not originally located here; they were moved from another location.
