The Ephraim and Minerva ("Nervy") Bales cabin along the Roaring Fork Road. They lived in the cabin for about 30 years, raising nine children. Minerva lived the last four years there, until 1930, I think, alone after Ephraim died in 1926. Previous   Thumbnails   Next
