We left Deep Gap Shelter at 9:35 AM stopping briefly to regroup on the trail at Deep Gap, for a steep .75 mile climb up Kelly Knob. At 10:40 AM we arrived at Addis Gap, where there is water and a camping area. The water is about .5 mile off the trail; I didn't go see the camping area.
