- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- One 6-oz bag chocolate chips
- 3/4 C. nuts
- Food Coloring
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Beat egg whites until stiff
- Beat in sugar & add food coloring if desired
- Add vanilla
- Fold in chocolate chips and nut meats
- Cover 2 cookie sheets with lightly oiled foil
- Drop mixture by teaspoonful onto foil
- Put cookies in oven.
- Turn off oven & leave cookies in overnight. Don’t open oven
- Do not store in plastic.
