Makes 3 dozen Peanut Butter Balls
- 3/4 C. peanut butter
- 1/2 C. honey
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 C. skim milk powder
- 1 C. oatmeal
- 1/4 C. toasted sesame seeds*
- 2 tbsp. boiling water
- sesame seeds or chopped nuts for coating balls
- In a medium sized bowl combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract; blend thoroughly
- Mix skim milk powder and oatmeal together.
- Gradually add milk/oatmeal mixture to peanut butter/honey mixture, blending thoroughly, using hands if necessary to mix.
- As dough begins to stiffen, blend in toasted sesame seeds.
- Add two tbsp. boiling water to mixture, blending well.
- Shape into 1 in. balls.
- Roll in finely chopped nuts or toasted sesame seeds. (For variety roll have in sesame seeds and half in nuts.)
* Toast sesame seeds in a pre-heated oven for about 20 min. or until lightly browned
