Pecan Butter Balls

 

  • 2 C. Flour
  • 1/4 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 C. finely chopped pecans
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Sift flour, sugar, and salt together
  • Work butter and vanilla into the flour/sugar mix
  • Add 2 C. nuts and mix well
  • Shape into 1 in. balls
  • Roll balls in remaining nuts or powdered sugar
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes
