- 2 C. Flour
- 1/4 C. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 C. finely chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Sift flour, sugar, and salt together
- Work butter and vanilla into the flour/sugar mix
- Add 2 C. nuts and mix well
- Shape into 1 in. balls
- Roll balls in remaining nuts or powdered sugar
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes
