Creamy Fish Chowder
- 5 cups chopped leeks
- 1/2 cup celery
- 5 tbs butter
- 1 cup (or more) of cream
- dash of wine (optional)
- 1.5 lbs fish pieces
Saute leeks and celery in butter; cover and cook about 10 minutes.
Add cream and optional wine. Bring to barely a boil.
Add fish pieces.
Cook at barely a boil for 5 minutes.
