Fish Chowder

Creamy Fish Chowder

  • 5 cups chopped leeks
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 5 tbs butter
  • 1 cup (or more) of cream
  • dash of wine (optional)
  • 1.5 lbs fish pieces

Saute leeks and celery in butter; cover and cook about 10 minutes.

Add cream and optional wine. Bring to barely a boil.

Add fish pieces.

Cook at barely a boil for 5 minutes.
