Meat Loaf – Ground Beef

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp salt (this is too much, cut it in half and adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup tomato juice

Combine ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 9×5 loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Note: I assume a 9×5 loaf pan, but Mom’s recipe didn’t specify and I haven’t tested. If it doesn’t fit, adjust to it.)
