Andy’s Salmon

Baked Salmon – got this ‘recipe’ from son-in-law Andy Perkins

  • Fresh salmon (frozen salmon always seems to taste fishy; I avoid it)
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh lemon (optional)

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • Put the salmon filet on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet
  • Generously place quarter-squares of butters around on the salmon
  • sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon
  • bake for 12 – 20 minutes depending on thickness of the salmon – until flaky
  • Slices of lemon to sprinkle on the fish as desired
