Baked Salmon – got this ‘recipe’ from son-in-law Andy Perkins
- Fresh salmon (frozen salmon always seems to taste fishy; I avoid it)
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh lemon (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- Put the salmon filet on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet
- Generously place quarter-squares of butters around on the salmon
- sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon
- bake for 12 – 20 minutes depending on thickness of the salmon – until flaky
- Slices of lemon to sprinkle on the fish as desired
